We offer video and phone consultations ranging from 15 minutes to an hour. During a consult a Certified Nutritional Coach will deep dive into your wellness results with you, help you build a plan around food, lifestyle, and supplements, and offer personalized recommendations for improving your results and overall health!
Following all consultations, a summary email will be sent offering a review of everything discussed in the call.

What is a Vessel Certified Nutritional Coach?
Vessel certified nutritional coaches have at minimum a bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics from an accredited university.
Many of our coaches possess a masters degree in functional nutrition, nutritional science or dietetics and are actively pursuing licensing as a registered dietician through ACEND (Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics). This includes up to 1200 hours of supervised professional experience in a variety of clinical, community outreach, and research related settings.
We believe the best nutritional advice is rooted in scientific rigor and continuing education. Vessel certified nutritional coaches will always draw upon peer reviewed literature and current industry expertise when offering advice and nutritional suggestions.
