Returns on Vessel Fuel orders are not accepted. Vessel does not provide returns for orders less than the quantity of 30 Wellness Cards in a single unopened box. For returns of 30 Wellness Cards in a single unopened box please contact Member Experience via live chat, email wegotyou@vesselhealth.com or by calling 844-293-2297.
Cancellations and Refunds.
Vessel membership plans are valid for the period of service selected at the time of purchase. All membership plan types include a 30 day money-back guarantee which extends 30 days from initial delivery of the product.
Issued refunds will process in the following 3-5 business days.
Cancelling a 6 or 12 month membership
All 6 and 12 month membership plans are a commitment to service for the 6 or 12 month term. The membership can be cancelled anytime after a total of 6 or 12 months of membership have been fulfilled. These may be nonconsecutive months. Skipped or paused months do not contribute to the completion of a membership.

Upon membership completion the membership will not be auto-renewed into another 6 or 12 month term rather the membership gets converted to a monthly membership where you receive the same product at the same low cost but has the flexibility to cancel anytime upon member request.
Cancelling a monthly membership
All monthly membership plans are a month-to-month commitment for service and can be cancelled at any time. This can be done by signing into your Vessel dashboard and choosing Skip or Change. Any membership orders processed prior to cancelation will not be refunded.
