There are three potential reasons why your test didn't properly process. Let's review these together!
- Didn't get enough urine on the test. Be sure you dip your card for 1-2 seconds covering the three absorbent pads fully, or pee on the card for 4-6 seconds aiming for the three absorbent pads.
2. You over saturated the test cards. Be sure not to dip your card for longer than 2 seconds or pee on the card for more than 6 seconds as you may flood the test card.
