Building a plan is easy and will help in achieving your health and wellness goals. Head to your Plan found along the bottom menu bar and let's get started!
Click Add to Your Plan to review the recommendations based on your most recent wellness card test. Recommendations will be centered around four general areas - Nutrients, Cortisol, Hydration and Testing.
Nutrients recommendations will cover areas like Magnesium, Biotin, and more! You'll see the option to build a supplement and food plan here. Cortisol recommendations will include a stress relief plan if your results are high. Hydration recommendations will include a hydration plan if your results show you are dehydrated. Testing recommendations will provide the option to set a customized reminder for testing as shown below.
Your Plan includes a variety of recommendations for food, supplements and lifestyle changes to improve your overall health. By combining items from each of these areas in the plan you'll improve your results and be on track to reaching your optimal health!
