Building a plan is easy and will help in achieving your health and wellness goals. Head to your Plan found along the bottom menu bar and let's get started!
Click Add to Your Plan to review the recommendations based on your most recent wellness card test. Recommendations will be centered around four general areas - Nutrients, Cortisol, Hydration and Testing.
Nutrients recommendations will cover areas like Magnesium, Biotin, and more! You'll see the option to build a supplement and food plan here. Cortisol recommendations will include a stress relief plan if your results are high. Hydration recommendations will include a hydration plan if your results show you are dehydrated. Testing recommendations will provide the option to set a customized reminder for testing as shown below.
Building a Food Plan is a great way to ensure your body is getting the nutrients you need! In the your food plan you will see Daily Nutrient Needs listed based on your most recent wellness card scan.
Select the filter button next to the search box to adjust your food preferences based on diet and allergy. These settings will remain saved in your app account and are also adjustable from the My Account page.
You can also filter by Categories such as vegetables or meat/fish and by Nutrients like Magnesium or Vitamin C. By adding a food to your plan, you'll see your Daily Nutrient Needs bars slowly rise as you meet the nutrient levels recommended in the app.
Your Plan also includes recommendations for Lifestyle and Supplements. By combining items from each of these areas in the plan you'll improve your results and be on track to reaching your optimal health!
