Wondering how to get that prefect card scan? We've outlined a few quick tips for improving your next wellness card scan!
After dipping your card in a cup for one second focusing on only wetting the black portion of the card, it's time to wait for the 3.5 minute timer to end. You can also pee directly on the card for five seconds.
If you haven't yet, we recommend tapping or shaking your wellness card to remove any droplets of pee visible on the card. This will help eliminate potential glare when it comes time to scan.
Noticing shadows or glare visible on your wellness card when scanning? If yes, try holding the card up at an angle to avoid shadows, adjust angle as needed or move to different space with brighter lighting.
Once the card is recognized by our app scanner, you'll have a few seconds of buffer time to steady your hand before the image is taken. Take a breathe here and let the app scanner focus on your card for a clear image.
