General Account Access
ONLINE: Membership accounts can be accessed via our website at https://store.vesselhealth.com/account/login or by selecting the person icon on any page!
APP: Membership accounts are accessible via the app and will direct you to the above website. In the app, head to the menu button in the upper left corner and select "My Account". Next select "Manage Membership." You'll then be directed to the Settings area of your membership on our website.
Your Membership page will display any active memberships (wellness cards or supplements) and give you the option to track a processed order, skip a month, or change membership type.
Note: Depending on the current membership type, different switch options will be displayed. For a month to month membership, the option to cancel is also displayed. Those with 6 or 12 month memberships will not have the ability to cancel via the Membership page and should reach out to the Member Experience Team directly for support.
The Settings page is where all shipping and billing details are kept and can be updated. Members can add promo codes here, adjust payment method, and update shipping address, email address, or change password as needed.
The Order History page will display all past orders associated with an account. Orders may include wellness cards and supplements.
To view more details on a particular order a customer can select "View".
